The Australian Governments new health campaign Swap It, Don't Stop It pretty much sums up what healthy living should be about.
It is not healthy to stop eating food altogether. If you goal is to lose weight that is not the way to do it!
If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner you should swap some of the unhealthy foods you are eating to healthy foods. (EG, instead of having a meat pie, have some home cooked casserole)
